Zimbabwe election a "sham".

Zimbabwe's government says President Mugabe is heading for a landslide victory in the one-candidate election after opposition leader Morgan Tsvangirai pulled our following violence against his supporters. As international condemnation grows, African Union diplomats say sanctions against Zimbabwe will not work and that the world should focus instead on encouraging talks towards a power-sharing deal.
