John Wraith, head of U.K. rates strategy at Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc, and Paul Mortimer-Lee, chief economist at BNP Paribas SA, talk with Bloomberg's Naga Munchetty in London about the Bank of England's decision to hold interest rates at 5.5 percent and the outlook for U.K. growth. The nine-member Monetary Policy Committee, led by Governor Mervyn King, kept its benchmark rate unchanged today as policy makers assessed the effects of last month's reduction on the economy.
