Michael Woolfolk, senior currency strategist at Bank of New York Mellon Corp., talks with Bloomberg's Catherine Yang from New York about the outlook for the dollar, euro, yen, and policies of the Federal Reserve, European Central Bank, Bank of England and Bank of Japan. The euro was near the lowest in a week against the dollar on bets the European Central Bank will signal it is unlikely to raise interest rates this year because of a slowdown in economic growth.
