The European Court of Human Rights has rejected a woman's plea to be allowed to use her frozen embryos to have a baby. Natallie Evans and her former boyfriend had IVF after she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer - and six embryos were created and later put in storage. She was left infertile from cancer treatment, but when her relationship ended her former partner objected to her plans to use their embryos. The court sided with him, and Ms Evans said she was "distraught" about the decision
