Wiseguy, "A One Horse Town"

Responding to a request from a newspaper editor, Frank sends Vinnie undercover to Lynchboro, Washington. The town, a small logging and mining center where corruption is rampant, is owned by Mark "Old Man" Volchek, a wealthy and powerful businessman. Posing as a truck driver whose rig has been repossessed, Vinnie is hired as a deputy in the town's police force after the sheriff, "Stem" Stemkowsky, learns he was run off the force in another town for being to aggressive in hunting down lawbreakers.
