Blake Fielder Civil mouthed the words "I love you" to Amy Winehouse, before being sent back to prison at Snaresbrook Crown Court.He appeared behind a glass fronted-dock for a bail hearing facing charges of perverting the course of justice and causing grievous bodily harm.Amy Winehouse looked close to tears as her husband was denied bail and led back to custody.During the hearing her husband smiled and mouthed 'I love you' and 'are you ok' at her from behind a glass-fronted dock.Amy, who's due to continue her tour in Brixton simply nodded from the front row of the public gallery.Twenty-five year old Fielder Civil and another man are accused of assaulting James King, the landlord of The Macbeth pub on Hoxton Street in East London, on June the 20th last year. They both deny the charges.Police also claim Fielder Civil and five other men tried to bribe the alleged victim with a significant amount of money to withdraw his allegation and leave the country.The charge of perverting the course of justice was then added, and the trial delayed. Fielder Civil's been in Pentonville Prison since then.At the hearing Fielder Civil only spoke to confirm his name. His lawyer's application for bail was heard by the judge in private. He'll be back in court to enter his plea on January the 18th.Amy dedicated the song Wake Up Alone to her husband at the first night of her UK tour last week.© Independent Television News Limited 2007.
