WEATHER: Severe weather conditions across UK

High winds and heavy rain have caused severe disruption across much of the UK. Gusts reached 90 miles an hour and 80 thousand homes across mid and west Wales were left without electricity. In Somerset, one man was killed when a tree fell on his car. And five fishermen are missing off the Irish coast after their trawler capsized.
