We need to be financially responsible, even tho we have never been since 1776..lol

solution can we have now when 3/4 of the budget is something we will never touch. (Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, & Dept of Defense) that leaves 1/4 to pay for everything else.. what can you cut out of 25% of the budget when it encompasses so much from education, agriculture, commerce, veterans, NASA, Homeland Security, SBA, TARP, tax cuts, tax credits, corp subsidies etc..
