The cast of US movie Juno are celebrating the news that the comedy has received four Oscar nominations. The critically-acclaimed film has won the heart of millions of movie-goers in the US and is set to win a place in Academy Award history after bagging nods for best screenplay, best director, best picture and best actress for Ellen Page.Page stars in Juno as a girl with a sharp tongue, who gets pregnant at the age of 16, while enduring the day-to-day traumas of high school.Speaking of her nomination Page said: "I'm really grateful for the acknowledgement and it's extremely humbling to be nominated with actors who I have so much respect and admiration for."Oscar organisers have vowed that the glitzy show will still go despite the current Hollywood writers' strike threatening to overshadow it, but the X-Men 3 star is staying realistic just in case. The 20-year-old said: "Of course it would be fun to go to the Academy Awards. But if something happened and it didn't happen - it's definitely not the end of the world and a lot of people are being affected by the strike a lot worse than I am."© Independent Television News Limited 2008.
