Water supply hit by UK freeze

Thousands of homes in south Wales are without water after pipes froze in the continuing freezing conditions.Temperatures in southern Britain dropped lower than those in parts of Iceland on Tuesday night, reaching almost -12C.Wyre Davies reports.
