Warwickshire warehouse fire: four firefighters feared dead

Efforts to find three firefighters missing after a huge fire in a vegetable packing warehouse in Atherstone in Warwickshire are continuing. The operation is faltering amid fears the building could collapse but when it can be made safe the methodical search will continue. Nearly forty-eight hours after they disappeared inside the wreckage of the burning warehouse, the families of the three men are fearing the worst. The fiancee of one of them today laid flowers outside the fire station where he was based.
