Wallace and Gromit in TV comeback

Wallace and Gromit will be making their first comeback to TV in 12 years in a new half-hour adventure.The comical pair will star in Trouble at' Mill, which is expected to hit the small screen in late 2008.The murder mystery sees the duo running a bakery business - with their house converted into a granary with ovens and robotic kneading arms.The last Wallace and Gromit animation to feature on TV was A Close Shave in 1995. In 2006, the film Curse of the Were-Rabbit won the Oscar for best animated feature.Creator Nick Park said: "The story takes Wallace and Gromit in a direction we haven't seen before - both emotionally and technically."Shooting for the short film starts in January at Aardman studios in Bristol.© Independent Television News Limited 2007.
