
Joseph Vafi, an analyst at Jefferies & Co., talks with Bloomberg's Matt Miller from San Francisco about Hewlett-Packard Co.'s talks to buy Electronic Data Systems Corp. Hewlett-Packard confirmed the negotiations in a statement today after the Wall Street Journal said the companies were in discussions.
