Use Webcam as a Magnifer for Visually Impaired.

Here is a great idea. Use a vertically mounted high definiton web camera as a magnifier input device through your personal computer. Then you can use any PC display device as your output monitor to SEE what is under the camera. Great for reading newspapers, books, legal contracts, and even prescription pill bottles. Give it a try.
