USA: Hurricane Katrina Anniversary / Hurricane Ernesto threatens Florida

A year after Hurricane Katrina virtually destroyed the city of New Orleans, George Bush is getting ready to visit the region to see how it has been rebuilt. One and a half thousand people were killed during the monsoons. Furthermore, although the threat of another tropical storm has dissipated slightly, 'Ernesto' is still expected to hit Florida sometime on August 29th.
