He's the new man in town, and dressed in his white tailor-made Savile Row suit, Justin Timberland strikes an impressive figure. The latest addition to London's Madame Tussaud's wax figures, Timberland was unveiled on Thursday (April 26), one day before the singer is due to kick off his English tour. The figure took about four months to create. According to sculptor Victoria Baker it was a fairly easy job, with the exception of getting his facial expression just right - the sexy, charming, dashing look. "It's such a hard job, isn't it, looking at these gorgeous pictures every day , it was a really good figure to do, just trying to get the smouldering look out of his eyes and the little smile, it was really really had to do actually but I think we've captured it here today" she told Reuters Television and added "It's so subtle and you don't want it to come across as being cheesy or unconvincing but I think because he's got his head tilted and sort of looking out, bit moody, bit sexy, I think we've captured it today." Timberlake himself did not do any sittings with Baker, but she was able to base a lot of her work on a sitting she did with him five years ago when working on wax works of his then boyband *NSYNC. "We had a sitting about five years ago for the members of *NSYNC, those went into Madame Tussauds in New York and it's great today that we've got him here in London with his new image to coincide with his album", explained Baker. A couple of female fans were on hand as well to give their verdict on how life-like the figure turned out. "It's great yes very good," one commented. "So lifelike isn't he. Looks like Justin. Just like the real person," her friend added. Timberlake's likeness is in good company at the museum, joining the likes of fellow pop idols (and Disney Mouseketeers on television when they were children) Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera.
