UK car production drops sharply
New figures show the number of new cars produced in the UK in May fell dramatically, compared with 2008.The Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders says production was 43% lower than May 2008, but the figures suggest the drop in production could be slowing.John Moylan explains.
