MANGOS!! After every meal our "dessert" consists of deliciously ripe mangos. Ever since stopping at Sotouboua and marveling at the ripe juicy mangos, I special efforts are made to offer them as much as possible. Let this video be a tutorial on how to correctly eat a Mango Togolese style.
