U.S., U.K. Troops to Begin Iraq Pullout by Sept.

U.S. officials say 12,000 American troops will leave Iraq by September along with another 4,000 British troops. As part of the drawdown, the U.S. is handing over 74 facilities and areas under its control to the Iraqis by the end of March. (March 8)
