U.S. Forces Destroy Terrorist Building

Footage of a fixed-wing aircraft and a Multi-National Division -- Baghdad aerial weapons team destroying a building being used by criminals attacking Multi-National Division -- Baghdad Soldiers and a joint security station in the Sadr City district of Baghdad, May 1. At approximately 2:30 p.m. Soldiers with the 2nd Stryker Cavalry Regiment came under attack by criminals using small-arms and rocket-propelled grenade fire from a building. The terrorists were firing at a joint security station in the area and the MND-B Soldiers were attempting to disrupt the attack when they came under fire. At approximately 3 p.m., A MND-B AWT responded to the attack and fired two Hellfire missiles into the building. Approximately 15 minutes later, a fixed wing aircraft fired two precision guided munitions and destroyed the building, which ended the criminal attacks.
