Turkiye TV Will Launch Broadcasts in Kurdish

Turkiye's state-run TV has launched a test broadcast in the Kurdish language, a move that was almost unthinkable just a few years ago.The Turkish Radio and Television Corporation's first official broadcasts will begin as of Jan. 1, 2009
