Turkey Looks to Boost Consumption

Turkey's central bank plans to increase investment spending to speed up the country's recovery and boost domestic consumption. Alpaslan Korkmaz, president of Investment Support and Promotion Agency of Turkey, spoke to CNBC Tuesday.
