TRANSPORT: Road safety: Keith Burrows campaign pays off

David Burrows was a 15 year-old schoolboy, keen on football and cricket. He'd also been a champion ballroom-dancer. But in June 1997, his life was cut short when he was run over, and killed, by a speeding motorist in Uxbridge. Now, after ten years of hard-fought campaigning by his father Keith - road-safety cameras are finally being installed on the road where David died.
