TRANSPORT: Aviation: Airport hand luggage restrictions to be relaxed

Hand baggage restrictions which caused chaos at the the UK's airports will be eased from 22nd Setpember 2006. Strict rules were imposed after an alleged plot to blow up airliners was uncovered. Initially all hand luggage was banned but that rule was eased last month to allow laptop sized bags, but the new rules mean passengers can now take bigger bags like this one on board so long as they're no larger than 56 centimetres high, 45 centimetres wide and 25 centimetres deep.
