As Tibetans mark the anniversary of a failed uprising against Chinese rule, China has been clamping down on ethnic Tibetan areas in China's west, sealing off many areas from outsiders. Al Jazeera's Tony Cheng reports from the remote Tibetan community of Taktser in Qinghai province.
