"I'm encouraged by what we are about to see in Q4 and Q1 more so than necessarily this quarter," Michael Toporek from Brookstone Partners Asset Management told CNBC Monday. The markets are looking ahead to the outlooks that companies are giving, making that the focus heading into 2010, he added.
