God used the repetitive nature of circumstances to get Elijah’s attention and draw his heart back to the heart of God. In the same way, God uses the repetitive nature of our own lives to draw us to Him. These moments are sacred echoes, where God illuminates something important in subtle, yet repetitive ways in order to encourage and affirm us.
