THE MYSTICAL SOUND OF THE ANCIENT JEWISH TEMPLE LYRE!

This is my arrangement of the traditional Hebrew song, "Artza Alinu" (We Ascend to the Land), perfomed on a replica of the ancient 10-string Jewish Temple Lyre; the Biblical "Kinnor"...once played by my very own, very ancient Levite ancestors over 2000 years ago in the Temple of Jerusalem, to accompany the legendary singing of the Levitical Choir! The design of my replica lyre is of the Second Temple Era - the design is based on illustrations of this lyre found on many ancient Jewish coins from the time of the Bar Kochba Revolt against the Roman occupation of Israel, and by the description of the Kinnor given in the writing of the first century Jewish historian, Josephus Flavius, who actually witnessed the ancient Temple Services. My debut album, "King David's Lyre; Echoes of Ancient Israel" is available from just $8.99 at: http://cdbaby.com/cd/mlevy The tranliteration of the words of this song from Hebrew and the translation into English are as follows: Artza alinu, kvar charashnu vegam zaranu, aval od lo katzarnu. "We ascended to the land, we've already ploughed and sown too, but we have not yet reaped..."
