A dark, somber, David Lynch-like setting creates a sense of mystery, evoking the stressful period of agency deadlines and concept presentations. All the while, "fresh" ideas are incubating, crystallizing, ripening in the chilled environment of the refrigerator aka the "snowy mountains of Crans Montana". Finally, the moment of truth arrives and the Cristal Festival (again the refrigerator) enters the scene amid “Bavarian-esque, B-movie-ish” cheers, cheap typo, Swiss music and serpentine. The subtle juxtaposition of moods between the suspense of the opening and the quirky party scene captures well the eyebrow-raising twist that is the Cristal Festival.
