The James Bond Experience part IV

We always thought the casting of Hector Gonzales was a bit unusual. Immediately the actor playing Gonzales did not strike us as someone from Latin America but more so as someone from the Middle East. Most of the Cubans we know are either white in appearance as they are essentially Creoles of Latin American or more black as they are Afro-Cubans. Stefan Kalipha is apparently from Trinidad. It's hard to find info on the actor.
