"The Innovative Workplace" - Part 1 - English version
*Note - Pause the video and let it "buffer" or download for five minutes before viewing for best results* The first of three parts of a video on "Innovative Workplaces"; a conference focused on increasing flexibility and responsiveness in modern companies through organizational change, better exterior and interior office design, improved space planning, and improving the health and safety of your human resources. The conference was co-organized in Bucharest, Romania by SOPOLEC Business Advisory Services, Corporate Office Solutions and World Class Fitness. Part 1 consists of an introduction of the conference topics by Ms. Anca Bieru of SOPOLEC - a business consultancy focused on the Romanian market and a presentation by Ms. Magda Marcu, also of SOPOLEC, of the business case for changing the office space driven by - among other things - faster product(and service) development cycles from globalization and faster communication. The presentation includes recommendations on space planning considerations that will facilitate a more flexible, collaborative, and innovative work environment.
