The Eurozone Crisis Hits Asturias

For weeks, miners in northern Spain have been on strike in protest against the government's plans to cut subsidies by a third. Thousands of people in Asturias earn a living from mining. In Langreo, for example, ten thousand residents are dependent on the mining industry. And the people here have already been hard-hit by other austerity measures. Report by Julia Henrichmann.
