Terry fit for Slovenia friendly and Croatia qualifier

Fabio Capello has said he wants to remain as England manager at least until 2012. The 63-year-old said he has no intention of quitting after next year's World Cup finals in South Africa and hoped to be around for the 2012 European championships in Ukraine and Poland. "My contract ends in 2012 and I want to respect it," he said, ahead of Saturday's friendly with Slovenia. "It is not only a matter for me but also the FA, but in my mind the target is to respect my contract." Capello has transformed England's fortunes since taking charge of the team for the first time in February last year. His 16 matches have resulted in 12 wins, two draws and two defeats - a record that includes seven successive wins in World Cup qualifiers. England can book their place in next year's finals if they beat Croatia at Wembley on Wednesday.
