'Supernanny' scheme to help with anti social children

The government has unveiled new plans to improve parenting skills in areas blighted by anti social behaviour with the introduction of so called "supernannies." They will be being introduced in seventy seven areas of England where there is high levels of anti social behaviour. The Prime Minister said the government should provide what he called a "helping hand." on how to tame unruly children. Critics say the four million pound scheme to fund parenting courses is overstepping the mark.
