The run of numbers for the last two months have been consistently positive and ahead of expectation, says Larry Summers, former Treasury Secretary. Summers adds he sees the prospect that the economy will break out of the tepid growth we have been seeing. Neel Kashkari, Pimco, says he hopes Summers is right.
