Sublease My NYC Apartment

I have one of the best views in NYC. If you havent been to this part of LIC yet you will dig it. I am a 5 min walk from the 7 train and the very next stop is Grand Central - Im closer to midtown than most people who live in Manhattan! My pet-friendly apartment is furnished with custom, modern furniture (less than 1 year old) and original artwork throughout. I know it sounds cliche, but all you really have to do is bring your clothes, laptop and toothbrush and you will be living the high life just like weezy and george. the reason we are moving is because i have a 6-9 month business obligation in Miami ... otherwise we would stay put. the price is right & the place is right.
