Structural Funds EU: Spain

This video dossier illustrates the projects supported by Structural Funds in Spain under Objectives 1,2 & 5B. For Objective 1 (the Union' poorest areas) areas subjects include new airport, thermal power station, improvements to fish handling facilities at port, catering college. Objective 2 (regions in industrial decline and restructuring) subjects include technology parks and enterprise development centres, urban rejuvenation. Objective 5B (vulnerable rural areas) subjects include rural tourism and assistance for shoe manufacture.
