SPACE: Russian cargo ship unable to dock at International Space Station

A Russian craft carrying supplies faces problems at the International Space Station, it has failed to dock properly because of jammed antennae. The cargo ship is unable to move and power supplies are fading. Normal radio links have broken down but astronauts have managed to stay in contact with mission control by relaying messages through HAM radio enthusiasts.
