It's the final part of our series from South Africa tonight and now's our chance to put what we've learned to the man in charge. Sir Ian Blair joined his team from the Metropolitan Police in Cape Town to give them his backing in a special project sharing their knowledge with local police. As London struggles to cope with trouble on its own doorstep, we asked the Met's top officer if he should have been at home.
