Sonoma County wine with Michele Anna Jordan

Filmed at The Beard House in New York City on October 18, 2005, Ms. Jordan, author and radio personality, talks about her writing career, Merlot, Clos du Bois, quince paste, Justin Wangler, and cheese. Shown here preparing the cheese course to be served after the final meat course, she is one of five guest chefs with the Kendall-Jackson culinary team from Sonoma County. The wine dinner was named 'A Taste of Sonoma'. Also featured is Lilian Sema, one of the volunteers from the Institute of Culinary Education.
