SoCal Man Finds Bag With $140K, Turns It In
Last month, Cerritos resident Eli Estrada found a bag of unmarked $20 bills - totaling $140,000 - which had fallen off a Brinks armored truck. Even though he is in debt, Estrada returned the money to police, and received a $2,000 reward from Brinks.
