
(Lauren Collins, NECN) - The latest snow storm has successful landed in New Hampshire, one of the states hit hardest by the Ice Storm of 2008. With snowfall accumulating on the ground of the Granite State early Wednesday morning, forecasters have warned of a changeover to freezing rain. Residents have not forgotten the power outages caused by that most recent ice storm, and fear a similar fate if the new freezing rain event weighs down trees, causing them to snap and land on the freshly repaired power lines. read more
