Rapper Snoop Dogg has promised to bring alot of excitement to Germany, when he hosts the MTV Europe Music Awards later this year.The hip-hop star will follow in the footsteps of last year's host, Justin Timberlake, at the event in Munich on November 1.He said: "Snoop Dogg always packs a punch (and) always does something a little different - whether it's the way I look or the way I act, or the stigma of me, or just my persona or the people around me."So, you never know - I'm gonna pull everything out of my hat."Confirmed performers so far include the Foo Fighters and Mika.Nominations for this year's awards are yet to be announced, but a new category has been included called New Sounds Of Europe, where breakthrough acts from 19 European countries will be battling it out for the prize.© Independent Television News Limited 2007.
