
(NECN/WTTG) - When it comes to planning America's big party, this is Santa's workshop. Inside the 365,000 square foot warehouse, employees of Hargrove, Incorporated of Lanham, Maryland, are already drilling, cutting and planning their way into inauguration history. The company has a long history of planning and building inaugural parades, floats and galas, dating back to Truman in 1949. But, it doesn't always work out.
