As the team members continue to plot their next job, which involves stealing a huge load of gold, Bobby strategizes how to keep his double life a secret from Hope by somehow seeming to be in two places at once. Just as he's leaving to meet up with the gang in Reno, he realizes that Hope is attempting to catch him in a lie, and he must change directions and head to a business convention in Houston. Meanwhile, Bobby recruits a new technical expert, and the others in the crew put him to the test. Bobby also pays a visit to the deceased Shawn's former bookie, who has been harassing Macy (recurring guest star VALARIE RAE MILLER) for Shawn's unpaid debt, and makes him an offer he can't refuse.
