Shiller of Yale Is 'Skeptical' of Housing Market's Recovery

Robert Shiller, chief economist at MacroMarkets LLC and a professor at Yale University, talks with Bloomberg's Kathleen Hays at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, about the state of the real-estate market and the outlook for the U.S. housing market.
