Sheldon Silver's Plan for Traffic Congestion

On July 13, 2007, the Time's Up! Bicycle Clown Brigade had a special guest: Assembly Speaker "Sheldon Silver". "Silver" rejected the clown's offer of a $500 million check (presently down to $350 million), representing the amount of federal transportation funding that New York City would lose if the NYS Assembly doesn't sign on to the Congestion Pricing plan by Monday, April 7, 2008. So make sure to call your NYS Senator and Assembly Member today and tell them not to listen to Sheldy and vote yes for Congestion Pricing plan!!
