Sexual Assault Survivor Wants New Offender Law

When Mindy was just 7 years old, she was abducted and sexually assaulted. Her attacker was not required to be placed on the Illinois Sex Offender Registry. As CBS 2 Investigator Dave Savini reports, as an adult, Mindy is on a mission to change that.
