Dallas Police Senior Corporal Norman S. Smith was born June 14, 1965 and died in the line of duty on January 6, 2009. Service was 11AM Friday January 9, 2009 at the Potter's House in Dallas Texas. He was laid to rest at Restland Cemetery also in Dallas Texas. Thousands of Police Officers from all over Texas and some from other states like Oklahoma City Police attended the service.
