Russian parliament condemns Kiev’s NATO accession plans

Members of the State Duma, the lower house of the Russian parliament, see Kiev’s fresh efforts to join the North-Atlantic bloc as Ukraine’s withdrawal from the friendship agreement with Russia. They passed a statement to the president and government condemning Ukraine’s unfriendly policy.
